Master's level studies

Department of Mathematics and Systems Analysis offers Master's Programme in Mathematics and Operations Research. The objective of the programme is to train experts who have broad knowledge of mathematical methods and tools as well as strong problem solving skills so that they can successfully tackle challenging scientific, industrial, economic and environmental problems. The programme has three majors: Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, and Systems and Operations Research. More information about applying for the master's programme can be found here. In particular, any student who has completed a degree in the Bachelor's Programme in Science and Technology can freely enter the Master's Programme in Mathematics and Operations Research.

The Department of Mathematics and Systems Analysis offers two master's level minors: Mathematics and Systems and Operations Recearch. The department is also involved in the Minor in Analytics and Data Science.
