Stephan Kaufmann's book A Crash Course in Mathematica, 200 pages, is a little bit larger introduction than the Finnish course material. The book is originally written in German (Mathematica - kurz und bündig) at the ETH (Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule), Zurich, Switzerland.

by courtesy of the publisher. The material consists of Mathematica notebooks.
They can be found in the directory /p/edu/matta/kaufmann/
in the machines of the Computing Centre of Helsinki University of
Technology. The students of the course can open the files also from the
subdirectory kaufmann/ in their own home directory.
Open the files in Mathematica by specifying the file name in the File/Open dialogue.
