Numerical conformal mappings and capacity computation
In
this talk we give a characterization to a capacity of a conderser by a
quantity called a conformal modulus of a quadrilateral. The computation
of the modulus of a quadrilateral is carried out by Schwarz-Christoffel
mappings and finite element methods. Then results are compared to each
other and to known analytic and reference values from the literature.
